I don't try and tend to relive life.. like a ground hog day.. the guy has achieved what he wanted all along already... He has broken a woman that was not his to break to begin with. What more does he wants ? There is no turning back... my mind forgave them a long time ago. What does he want for the future ? That I would treat his child very badly ? .... Sure.. bring me that bamboo cane.. Would have loved to be a teacher in his child's school to whip their ass then. That is sexual karmas. Maybe this will reach his child one day..."Your dad dated me, and he tried to kill me, I mean us.. when we were both younger. But it did not work. I ditched him, and he had you with your mother." There.. I sent that out into the world.. let the "law of attractions" come back round then... Not a nasty thing.. but just saying the truths.

For that guy.... realise that, this is how humanity is.... If you feel such deepness. Then write a letter. Journal it all down. As to, whether you want to give this to the girl one day or not. You just don't know. Hold back... Maybe you can indeed say your sorry, or maybe it does not matter either way any way ?..... And if.. there is ever a chance in the future, to do justice, and to repay back. Then pay it back then. That is how it goes, doesn't it ?.... If you are really that worried about the girl. Then try and find a mutual friend that could indeed help her be there for her during this time... but to stay away is best, for both of you to heal anyway. Why make each other suffer more so ? That damage is done. Just move on. Healing is more important imho... And since HK is so small.. the chances of you both to see one another is going to be real anyway. So.... take_it_steady....

For the lady of 40s. I can only recommend this book. "The Woman Code" by Alissa Vitti. The aim ? The aim is to reach circadian rhythm... and to actively detox the excessive oestrogen from your body as well. For me... I found out that, I might have an epigentic issue. So I bought a DNA kit. So will follow the diet that they recommend. It will help with your sleep as well. Fantastic book. Helps you be productive too. And multi-tasking.The thing which I got out of the book is that deep sense of peace... and apparently, it is the progesterone that gives it to you. And also... It helps me realise that, I can do many things per day.. without realising that I am capable. It's like... I am pain free. And able. And have an inner sense of feeling super high. Like a...."gasps"... from inside my heart. Now... that is not something that you know that you can be like as a person. It shocked me too when I first completed an exact detox. I was like.... "Gasps...my God.. I can fall asleep without insomnia every single day !".... It didn't take long for me to reach that, only around like 6 months.. or so. This is the surprising thing. Oh, juicing also helped too. Just juice veggies without fruits.
