For those who never knew: Danny was supposed to have a daughter but she passed away sending him down his path of drug and alcohol abuse. This song was his defining moment in overcoming that. Knowing that much about him, it really gives this song a whole new meaning, you can hear the torment in his voice. "The tears have left a blur like I can't explain, the pain has left a hole in which my heart should've been." But with that, he wasn't going to let this circumstance take away his potential. Hence " I'm back and better than ever." Truly an incredible message and an emotional story behind the song showing that as people we can choose who we are destined to be.

As an ex drugs user, I can relate a lot with this song. Thank you Danny.

I love this song, both the metal and rock versions. Amazing vocal range for only being 23. I was worried earlier this year about him coming back, but he's BETTER THAN EVER! Danny's got an amazing scream, but he needs to let more of his singing show cuz that's where he shines. Not many vocalists who have done to their voice what Danny has done, none of them sound as good as he does. Although, I have to say Moving On is probably my favorite song of theirs of all time.
