Senior architect is a fancy term. Actually he is Sr. Computer scientist. And he is internally promoted toh as most experienced folks would know internal promoted employees have less salary than lateral hires. High chance his salary is less than 1Cr.

With an abundance of resources and no significant barriers to entry, it seems like anyone can become a full stack developer. However, I have concerns that in the future, the supply of developers may exceed the demand. So, is it still worth investing time in learning development? For eg: to be a doctor you must be a MBBS holder To be a software engineer, anyone can become with any degree.....=> Majority of people will aspire to be it..=> more supply than demand

There are many job opportunities for IT. The supply is too low for the demand that we have today. Even if all engineers go to the IT the supply will still be low.

God knows, either way if you are from a tier 1 college you would know it's not difficult for girls to get good offers. This is because companies maintain gender diversity and there are less number of girls so less competition.
