I recall an old clip of Matsuri answering questions from chat about A-chan. A-chan was not talent manager, was busy all the time, was holding great power in the company ( such as ordering a compulsory break/rest to talents ). Though a-chan herself did not talk about her position in Cover specifically. As one of OG member of hololive, a-chan is propably at least middle to top management member within the company, I guess. As we know a-chan occasionally participates in live stream of members since Sora, also recorded a cover song with Roboco and etc. She is already half a streamer, not even considering she is facing the audience regularly in the main channel, so she understands the difficulties/needs of front-line talents as well as the challenges of management behind. That makes A-chan a perfect management member that we really need in all kinds of business/companies. And that kind of mutual understandings and communications is crucial to make an enterprise successful, and staff happy. This is something really noticeable and special we never see in the black rainbow, one of the main reason hololive shines so much over the black rainbow in my opinion

Early Cover were really feel just like a circle of friends trying to do a business, understandable A-chan didn't have any clear position. But today Cover have 500 employees, A-chan position is really a mystery.

A-chan's last interview with Kiara implied that she was less a manager and more of a director or producer, whose real boring job was to ensure that concerts and events ran smoothly. It's the main reason why she flatly refused to stream more than once a month barring guest cameos, due to how busy she was. Compare this to Nodoka, whose real job in the company is apparently programming-related.

A-chan has many talents. A-chan can also dance (I am dead certain A-chan was a backup dancer in one of Bae's videos), sings pretty well and has a wicked sense of humor. A-chan could be an Idol, no problem at all..... but just doesn't have the time!

Well, if looking at Sora tale. Yagoo only helping them. A supporter. Thus the founder of Holo actually A chan and her best friend Sora. Its a heartwarming story indeed. If Im not mistaken Yagoo at the time also had 3d avatar project. Only released couple series. I forgot the name.

I watched a clip of Senchou and Okayu talking about how their auditions went. Okayu said that Yagoo personally handled everything, and that he asked her if she knew people who might be interested in joining so she brought in Korone. Senchou said that she was interviewed by a manager... And that Mio was there too. When she mentioned that part I remembered that Mio has a "puppet master" reputation in the JP side. Seriously, hearing Hololive audition stories and their early days are always so interesting. (I realize my comment isn't really related to the topic but I just wanted to share lol)

Radens Audition story is super interesting tho you should check it out, it was a roller coaster ride for and for us to hear her tell us the story lol

I've had the impression for a while that the idea of "Yagoo" as a character allowed the JP talents to be more casual about referring to him than they otherwise be able to. It's neat to hear A-chan implicitly confirming that.

I'd have to double check after as don't remember the finer details but if I remember rightly I think it was her original plan to be a talent but although she failed the selection they liked her enough to still offer her another role in the company

Pretty sure at this point she is the Content Director for Hololive. Giving the general direction of the talents and managing all the other mangers. Whereas Yagoo is also the head of the parent company of Cover, A Chan is the COO of hololive and essentially the VP of Hololive at this point.

Ngl in my country "2 years" is still considered a "newbie". Most requirements require at least 10 years of experience, fresh graduate, maximum age of 21, and good looks. And we can't rely on job postings on Google or newspapers cause they're useless, you need a friend or family from the "inner circles" to know about new jobs. Don't forget the bribe fee, or the HR would make your days as in hell.

Before I praising him, I'm still waiting for answers from Tanigo after case of "Yozora Mel's" Termination right after I've about her life from a Vtuber Historian Rima Evenstar. Do companies have go this far when a breach of contract even includes those who leaked to 3rd Parties by someone else like her "Friend" confirmed by Mel's IRL Alt Account,with no Malicious intent like "accidental" & when it comes if a Talent got Hacked,Blackmail & Coerced into? JP fans understands & accepts the situation because the their culture of business but Overseas fans(mostly in US) are not buying it as they're more into support for Workers Rights. Take Nijisanji's Selen's Termination for example,happens right after her Hospitalisation, rather than a proper Graduation,instead she gets a Termination,Privated all her Vods instantly without giving fans a chance to Archive all her memories & the results? It's Bad for the Company because their reactions of that kind of announcement was far too different between JP & EN fans,the Backlash was bigger than they expected.

It is normalized there, breach contract-> no matter the reason you get fired and considered a bad society member, It is a very toxic culture in that regards, complaining, like she was doing is also regarded as weakness and bad, even telling negative feelings is considered weakness and bad.

Mel's and Selen's termination are not the same. Yagoo, A-chan, and many others wished her well even after the termination. I didn't see anyone from Niji wished Selen well after the termination. (Correct me if I'm wrong tho). Fubuki, Mel's genmate, knew about the termination the night before the announcement. While Selen, the one who got terminated, didn't even know even after the announcement. NDA is Non Disclosure Agreement. If you can disclosure even after signing NDA, then there's no point in signing one in the first place. Mel's PL account already confirmed it was a mistake on her part. And have you ever considered that the termination was also to protect her? If the NDA breach was also related to a third party company, said company could very well sued Mel. And it definitely would stain her name. Tho, these were just my opinion on the matter. You are free to have your own opinion.

If you have important information that only employees of the company can know and you accidentally leak this information to a third party, this will get you fired by any company in the world and depending on the place you may even go to jail, this is not just a Japan thing People who don't understand this have either never worked for a company or have never been in a position of importance where you have access to that company's important information
