I love you all. Mama Lisa I know it’s hard to “be more positive” especially when people tell you to be so. It comes from within, as you probably know, it’s not something someone can tell you to do and you’ll magically change your perception of yourself. Something I’ve been trying to do is appreciate what my body is capable of doing; as simple as walking and breathing, our body does everything for us, and it should feel our self love and respect (as hard as it may be). There’s little things you can do to feel more comfortable in your own skin because at the end of the day it’s your skin and no one can appreciate it as much as you can. Just thought I’d share this because I’m always watching y’all and I never comment! But you make my day for real!❤

Also yes men love a confident woman and you shouldn't be embarrassed you are working on yourself nothing wrong with that. I have very high anxiety so I totally understand you but yes places like Lowe's, Home Depot and Ace Hardware store is a good place to look for men and you know by the guy being there he is a Mr. Fix It and knows how to work with his hands. I believe you will find the man of your dreams and patience helps as well. It took me a year after being cheated on and in a previous relationship for 3 years but I moved on from the cheater and my now boyfriend gave me the confidence to see I am worthy.
