We interviewed wealthy people in varying industries all across Houston, Texas. We visited the fancy shopping centers in Texas and asked people about the most amount of money they have made in a year as well as asking for their career/life advice. I am here in Houston. It’s also easier to grow wealth because cost of living here is much cheaper than other big cities and salary is on a higher end.

When picking a city to build wealth, it’s definitely not just about income but rather the ratio between income and cost of living. I learned that the hard way when I left the oil and gas region lol.

I'm sure you already get enough encouragement to make more videos like this, but I'd like to reassure you that I and probably everyone else could watch these types of videos all day every day, so keep them coming! It would also be an interesting video if you asked financially successful people which books they recommend. You could of course ask them several questions, but it'd be cool to see a video showing people answering just that question. And you could follow up with asking them why they recommend those books and/or what are the main core concepts they learned in one of their favorites.

Know your market, know your competitors, know your price point of the market, know if you’re premium what that means, what you can dictate in terms of price make sure you nail all your margins down. 📝
