Finance and Business books have been so helpful. I’m 50 and my husband 55 we are both retired with over $3 million in net worth and no debts. Currently living smart and frugal with our money. No longer putting blames on FED for our misfortunes. Saving and investing lifestyle in the stock market made it possible for us this early, even till now we earn weekly.

You have done great for yourself. I understand the fact that tomorrow isn't promised to anyone, but investing today is a hard thing to do for me now because I have no idea of how and where to invest in. I would be happy if you could advise me based on how you went about yours, as I am ready to go the passive income path.

Your interviews are very comprehensive and to the point. Ive watched a few of your long form interviews too and they are great. With this video, i like that you left in the lawyer/judge and the retired firefighter. Makes it not only relatable, but it also shows you that some rich people dont even invest (the judge) and some save and live within their means and get rich later in life (firefighter). Thank you for putting these up. They are extremely helpful!

@@Kmac23YTthat’s really up to you, what your tolerance is, how much debt you have and what percent interest, what your job security is like. If you feel more comfortable having some cash cushion for emergency then build that up too. But know the best way to financial security is to not have high interest debt like credit cards that you’re consistently having to pay extra compounding high interest on. But chipping away at high interest debt while also putting into high yield savings is not a bad way to go. Purely up to you

Investing in the stock market has HISTORICALLY provided higher returns than other forms of investment. According to Morningstar, the average annual return for the S&P 500 index, which measures the performance of 500 large-cap stocks, was approximately 10% from 1926 to 2020.

Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are alot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look.

I agree, that's the more reason I prefer my day to day invt decisions being guided by a init-coach, seeing that their entire skillset is built around going long and short at the same time both employing risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying off risk as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, coupled with the exclusive information/analysis they have, it's near impossible to not out-perform, been using a init-coach for over 2years+ and I've netted over 2.8million.

though I invest some in crypto, what the black project manager said is not the correct way to invest. it should be in index funds and long term mutual funds/ETFs, and Fortune 500 companies. 5-8% is ok in crypto. if you're young and have the money, it's ok for you to invest 10-30% cuz you have your whole lifetime to earn more. for older people, IT'S A BIG RISK because they can't afford to lose their 10-30%.

Facts, not a single youtube video or book is going to teach anyone how to actually invest, build a business, etc. It's sad and disturbing, we could all be wealthy and successful but people love to hold info back for no good reason. Competition isnt a reason when yiu realize it doesn't matter how many people do something, it will either proper or it won't regardless of 10 or 100 people doing it.

It’s so funny how many people said they’re involved in commercial real estate. That market is a bloodbath right now. Buy low, sell high.

As someone who has been in crypto since 2016 and made off with 600% gains and started DCAing into Bitcoin since December of last year at 16k, now is the best time to get into crypto because the Bitcoin halving is in 5 months and this cycle is just starting. This is not financial advice but crypto will be a huge topic in the next year.

Crypto is a ponzi
@willlll1513
@willlll1513 7 ай бұрын
@@jayc4715 crypto (mainly Bitcoin and ethereum) is a currency which has no government or entity controlling it. Bitcoin has a specific amount that will be mined into existence, making it anti inflationary. Many governments are adopting crypto via ETFs. If you think it’s still a “ponzi” or “scam” after it has existed for 15 years going strong then maybe you should do more research.

the thing they all have in common is RISK. real estate is a calculated risk. so is starting your own business. and that means you must have "dry powder" for a year or more and or be able to raise cash to keep it going until it can succeed. that is the missing piece.

If you are a young person or anyone actually and have 1000 dollars, and dont have a Roth..Open an Roth IRA. Then invest that 1000 into a TARGET RETIREMENT FUND!! .This is the most important part..otherwise your money just sits in the account and does nothing..A Target retirement fund will invest you into the stock market. you can pick how aggressive or how safe you want to play it, Then add moeny everysingle month automatically..an watch that S%# grown and start to snowball!!!..Your Welcome!!

Hey! Learn about future trading. I am not putting company’s name to not sound like a scammer but with future trading, you won’t need a broker nor much money. Look for prop firms that do future trading . I wish you success.
