Great video. I like the offer to have a therapist at the time when a person is struggling with something and they can assist in the moment. That is how genuine change can take place when we can practice the skills we need in that situation.

this described one last year of my life. life lessons to not chase perfection, not always be in search of more options but to give it your all with what you have- I mean Just do it , Just start atleast and the more time you waste no taking action, ofcourse we end up in the end with lack of time and increasing stress, anxiety about the future. embrace the imperfection and make the move. I can connect the entire storyline of this to the last 1year, even the ending coincidentally- I prepared for the bigger picture of doing my thing for one more year, now failed at it and have to end the story here. couldnt really live the life I dreamt of/planned for, the regret is immense and we move on, never to repeat this again in life, valuable life lessons.
