Sean Connery was my favorite and this guy right behind.I was nervous as OJ at the golf course when I sat down with Dirty Harry....The year was
1992...He was charming....sharp..charismatic...mysterious..cool...that same icon quality of Connery....Loves music...was NOT an overnight success...is NOT Dirty Harry...Does look at you like Harry Callahan would though...That squint...is almost scarey....what a cool President he would have been...maybe he liked the ladies too much..dont know...but the Russians would have been scared of him too!

Clint Eastwood! Encore longue vie, Monsieur Eastwood!

Clint's description of "why didn't I just go over to Nat King Cole and stick out my hand" was exactly how I met him. He was having a beer with some buddies and I just went over and stuck out my hand. We shook hands, said a few words and I left so he could drink with his friends. The whole incident lasted about 5 seconds, yet it was one of the coolest moments of my life.

Words can’t describe what Clint Eastwood means to me. Aside from being an All-Time cinematic/American/cultural legend, there’s just something very challenging and inspiring about him. I would equate him to a great a father. One that you want to make him feel proud. The connection is that fundamental.

if you're projecting the right thoughts, then people will reach forward to you, and if you're NOT then their going to dial out... THAT IS HANDS DOWN SOME OF THE GREATEST ADVICE EVER GIVEN BY A MAJOR STAR. Clint is such an intelligent actor and graciously drops this gem of widsom out there in her usual low key understated way. Most actors are so busy going through the physical gymnastics of performance that they fail to focus on the internal dialogue that brings reality to the performance.

I’ve never understood why not a single interviewer has ever asked him about casting Morgan Freeman in “Unforgiven.” Granted, Morgan’s character died a grisly death, but there was no hint whatsoever of any overt racism on the part of any character in the movie. Considering the time and set of potentially violent circumstances in the plot line, you would think that some character in “Unforgiven” at least once would have said something with racial overtones aimed at Freeman’s character.

@octavintolerance6 he is PURE BAD ASS in that movie, especially the last scene when he says, "Men, women, children... I've killed just about anything that has walked or crawled this earth at one time or another". The great thing about that movie is it's about a bad ass PAST his prime - and the struggles he has to get his moxy back.

"You make that record and put it on the market. It belongs to someone else after that. It belongs to the public, and same with a movie." damn straight. copyright laws are so aged. for example, you can't find guitar tabs to some artists music on the internet because it's copyirighted intellectual property, or something along those lines. Let people go to the movies if they want, or let them buy dvd's, but also let them copy it. No one suffers. They'd just borrow the DVD from a friend otherwise.
