Bhai isme koi hasne ki baat nahi hai Kya ho gya ager aapse starting me Machine operate kara lenge to Krlo sbse pehli baat kaam milega dusri baat seekhne ko milega machine chalane ke saath sath tool change setting programming me bhi seekhne ka moka milega seekho seekhne ko to banda kahi bhi seekh skta hai or machine operate krke or achha gyan le skta hai struggle krlo thoda machine chala kr 6 mahina ya saal bhar uske baad achhe se seekh kr try krte raho aage badoge pakka line leader ya team leader banoge supervisor banoge fir manager banoge experience ke according fir jb aapne aapne hath se kaam kar liya or ground level se aap uthe ho to aapko aage ja ke koi operator pagal ni bana skta jb aap manager banoge achhe se manage kr paoge fir har cheej ka experience add hota hai bhai sbhi cheej ko hasi me na taal kr gambheerta se bhi liya kro Thanks

Sir lekin isme bhi condition hai bohot mujhe apke itna knowledge or experience toh nahi lekin Mere 4 years ke experience mai....maine observe kiya ki agar aap koi high reputation wali company or badi MNC company Mai machine operator ya kisi bhi low profile mai job karte ho toh waha paar apka skill development or time to time job profile promote karte hai next leval paar lekin agar aap small skill industry mai as a operator kaam kartee ho toh bohot lambe struggle ke baad apko kuch dusre profile mai promote karte hai....uski bhi koi surety nhi h
