@@Mahmoud_10_ well that's mostly the case for anything I'm very choosy when it comes to picking up something to watch Learning from fiction is like expanding the boundaries of imagination and putting yourself in situations that you hadn't imagined before. So that you can come up with better ideas yourself instead of mugging them up from some self help book written by an author who has completely no knowledge of you and your society. Studying history also helps but it's all about events not character psychology.

You might be over-thinking it. An action can be simple. Yes, it can literally be to practice doing the thing you read about. But If I've just heard of a new idea, an action could be to listen to a podcast about those concepts, to discuss it with someone(imbedding the knowledge for me), to read a chapter in a book that delves into that idea more deeply, to find an example of that thing happening in real life etc

Most of the time reading isn’t about taking action, it’s about acquiring knowledge. One example is Marc Andreessen - just listen the last interview with Lex Fridman and you’ll see the wide span of knowledge that he’s acquired, but most of all how all the bits of knowledge compliment each other. It’s almost poetic.

My name is Yoshikage Kira. I'm 33 years old. My house is in the northeast section of Morioh, where all the villas are, and I am not married. I work as an employee for the Kame Yu department stores, and I get home every day by 8 PM at the latest. I don't smoke, but I occasionally drink. I'm in bed by 11 PM, and make sure I get eight hours of sleep, no matter what. After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning. I was told there were no issues at my last check-up. I'm trying to explain that I'm a person who wishes to live a very quiet life. I take care not to trouble myself with any enemies, like winning and losing, that would cause me to lose sleep at night. That is how I deal with society, and I know that is what brings me happiness. Although, if I were to fight I wouldn't lose to anyone.

I will write things down and add to them, or highlight things I should do to better my life, then I attempt it immediately to see how I feel about it. One thing I did was make my room as beautiful as possible, it took a couple months, but I enjoyed every minute of it, and then end product. It not only inspired creativity, but it also made me realize how much I enjoy organizing things.

You won't become fit by mastering the best way to lift a weight but by lifting the weight. The best example is professors in universities that teach business, they're not the billionaires of the world....
