Interestingly enough, in cosmetology school, when giving hand and foot massages for mani/pedis, it’s taught to never break the connection until complete, meaning one hand should always be on the client and working for it to be an effective message. It would make sense to apply massage standards and practices to ASMR, since massages are typically for relief and relaxation.

@@LunaBelleCraftsI went to a technical high school and I spent 2 days in hairdressing and I’ve always thought about that part watching these types of videos. It really simple but makes a huge difference.

This is not pre-recorded audio. 100% the sound from the mic. Has a bit of reverb and reflection so the sound carries out gently.
