Two years. Two years I’ve been listening to THIS video, every single night to fall asleep. It’s gotten me through my wife leaving, financial hardship, losing my grandmother, ptsd from the marine corps, starting life all over as a single dad alone, stress at work, stress at home, self sabotaging behavior and thoughts of self harm. I’m not sure where I’d be without this to help me fall asleep, but I know it’s nowhere good. Thank you.

Idk why i’m mentioning this now but you really are an angel Frivvi. Last year in January i hit a really low point. I was failing all my classes and im normally a straight A student. i used to hate mouth sounds but ever since i started watching Frivi they have been on of my favorite triggers lol. the soft breathing also makes it more calming and tingly.
