Första gången jag kommenterar på en youtubevideo någonsin men måste säga att jag älskar ditt upplägg på kanalen. Har följt dig länge (tidigt 2022 tror jag), sett varenda video och har alltid älskat viben och just det att du alltid chillar och bara är. Vet inte om du föredrar kommentarer på engelska så att så många som möjligt på kanalen förstår men ville bara säga det. Fortsätt med det du gör!

That’s so crazy that your introduction to ASMR was very similar to mine. I was searching youtube for calming videos when I was sick and found RaphyTaffys “best tapping video ever” video. 🤣 Also I love when you mentioned Game Of Thrones as your favorite series you instantly brought up how the ending sucked. Perfect timing because I said it out loud to myself 😂 don’t get me wrong I agree, seasons 1-6 were perfection but seasons 7-8 were disappointing.

1:17:08 As far as I remember, one that people did enjoy was “The Nordstrand Collective” as well as the joke “The Antons”, which kinda sounds cool if it was called “Antonarna”. 👀 I’ve been thinking about it since the live stream, kinda tickled a spot in my brain. Coke Zero is terrible for you, the artificial sweeteners are way worse. Soda period is terrible. But Coke Zero is absolutely not a better option.

I beg to disagree, to be honest I feel like people saying this is just trying to provoke a reaction. The amount of artificial sweeteners (in this case aspartame) that is required to result in any type of negative side effects is beyond what anyone could consume. This was actually taught when my GF studied to be a licensed nutrition advisor and they confirmed exactly what I’m saying. Also a lot of people drinking regular coke/soda is using this argument as an excuse to continue with the unhealthy habit of consuming insane amounts of sugar instead, which DEFINITELY will lead to negative health effects.

But yea, soda overall is terrible but “zero” alternatives is definitely better then the real thing if you ask me 🤷🏼♂️

@@antonasmr well I guess on some level you’re correct bc I do want a reaction, which is for people to stop drinking soda. I stopped drinking artificial sweeteners and my health has improved. 2 artificial sweeteners in Coke Zero. Aspartame in Coke Zero: “Aspartame has been linked to behavioral and cognitive problems including learning problems, headache, seizure, migraines, irritable moods, anxiety, depression, and insomnia, wrote the researchers of a 2017 study in Nutritional Neuroscience.” Acesulfame potassium in Coke Zero: “One of the major issues surrounding Ace-K is that it contains the carcinogen methylene chloride. According to studies, headaches, depression, nausea, mental confusion, liver effects, kidney effects, visual disturbances, and cancer can all result from long-term exposure to methylene chloride.” But keep telling yourself it’s not enough to effect you. You do you. I’d say one Coke Zero a week at most is okay. Anything more than that and you’re asking for health problems.

@@antonasmr it also may be worth noting, and this is not a conspiracy theory, that at least half of most medical/nutritional/pharmaceutical schools budget for their education come from large pharmaceutical and medical companies. Meaning that the greedy profit-maximizing ruthless corporations are tailoring the education systems to make it most convenient for them to make profit. This is absolutely the case in the US and even Google will acknowledge there is a significant ethical conflict in this regard due to the conflict of interest. Just bc your gf studies some class doesn’t necessarily mean it’s absolutely true. If it sounds too good to be true…. *tastes like sugar but no weight gain or health consequences yay!* …it probably is too good to be true.
