There's so many triggers, anything can be a trigger. Take your time and have fun going through different sounds and visuals you'll be surprised by what you like. And listen to different people because one specific trigger, like tapping can be wildly different from person to person. There's even role-playing ones like boyfriend, vampire, etc.

Guys asmr is a truly great thing but problems are real and if you feel sad or bad thoughts go talk to someone you trust or a therapist. It is good for relaxing but not a legitimate medicine. But still enjoy it and the community is here for you.

Asmr isn't *everything*. If you look out there to improve something, improve it. Enjoy nature, as well as the thousands of people in your life. Life is fragile, so make it the best fir you, as well as everyone else. Clean your beaches, streets, have a walk, run, and do so much more thab you thought you could. You have so much time, why make it all asmr? Asmr is great, but it isn't medicine, if y'know what I mean.

As someone who enjoys school a lot and spent a whole school year memorizing the globe and geography enough to draw the world from memory, watching this video is comforting for some reason. I guess it just reminds me of old homeschooling memories that I had a lot of fun with which was a while ago. :D

Just a suggestion but you could do a series of islands that spell out ASMR and have roads and towns on them and small bridges that connect then and smaller islands off to the side but just bold enough to where you can tell it spells ASMR
