You are not even close to age of fine lines around eyes. So maybe do a test for one or two months: make sure you are well hydrated and that your diet and/or supplements include vit C. You can also tweak the time of day since vit C is available for only a few hours, if you take it in the evening it'll be used during sleep for "reconstruction". When you take it during the day it'll be used for anything that requires it and everything uses it. If you like how coconut oil tastes or take some cod liver oil, especially during winter, it'll be even better.
