In today's #ASMR video, you are instructed to follow a light and figure out what word is being traced in front of you. All of the words in this video start with the letter B and are mixed in with some occasional related questions and face brushing. As always, thank you all for watching and I hope you enjoy the video.

loving the idea of these! noticed that in the beginning there was brushing and breathing, both B words, it would be a cool concept to include exercises in the beginning that correlate to the letter the video focuses on! I also love how you specify that you don't have to follow the breathing exactly and do it at your own pace as that's always stressed me out a little 😅

Lovely. In another universe in which you're type of ASMR creator whi does roleplay, a dream scenario would be you doing one of those "Your friend checks up on you" type of videos. Hi I hope your doing well, I've cut my hand with wood by accident yesterday and Mr C helped me cuz me and my classmates were in forest school and I cut my hand on a piece of wood it really hurt it still does a little bit this helps me wind down and relax so thank you so much x ❤

Random ASMR instructions with an ending countdown had some setting and breaking the pattern in it. I'm yet to make a full video of it but I think I may do in the future. 👀
