I honestly think it adds to the reality of it. In my doctor's office you can easily hear other voices through walls. You can't make out what they are saying but you can still hear it. So it's perfect!!

I cannot sleep tonight because I’m so nervous for tomorrow. I’ll find out a result for a resit essay and I’m in a panic and afraid that I’ve done badly and disappointed everyone. This video is really helping me to relax. Thank you for all your hard work Lizi, you really help me and my sleepless nights.

I hear voices in the background, like a tv playing in another room (wearing headphones) at first I thought it was upstairs tv but I paused it and heard nothing. My Asperger’s ears pick up lots of noise all the time. I love your videos 😊

Very nice role play especially with nurse Lisa and Dr Lizi. Great idea and again very nice tingles for having a great night when it is not so hot outside. Maybe you can get a bit nearer when you examine the head. I am always hoping that you don't fall from your chair because of the big distance😀🙈

Np Mary in fact I can next time set up differently to make that possible..I wanted to capture keyboard sounds more clear so it was closer to a table next to me:)

I love this video soooo much, I come back to it very often. There's something really relaxing about breathing in deeply then holding your breath, it's a shame not many ASMR creators do this or if they do the hold is really short. I don't normally comment on videos but this is just too good! I hope you can do something similar in your next medical related ASMR video. If you do, is it possible you could include a extended pause? Like breathe in for 7 seconds, hold for 30 or 60 seconds, breathe out for 7 seconds, repeat. Honestly I think the longer the hold is the better, when you focus on your breath it really takes your mind off things and its so relaxing. Maybe you put one of those medical nose clips on our nose so we dont cheat hehe :p
