ASMR is created to help people relax, unwind and in some cases sleep.
In some, it can also trigger a pleasnat tingling sensation, that starts in the top of the head and radiates throughout the chest.
These feelings are influenced by certain triggers, mostly sounds, such as whispering, speaking softly, turning pages, cringling packaging, hair brushing and many more.
The ASMR artist (person making the video) will often perform simple tasks in a calming environement which can help you take your mind of any worries and concerns that can keep you awake.

So, this week finally saw the release of the very, very, very long (10 years in fact ¬_¬) awaited new installment in the Final Fastasy franchise, so I decided to make this ASMr video to celebrate it!! I purchased the collectors edition of the Guide Book, which includes all the information you could possibly want on how to play the game, plus (and the reason I bought it) it includes 32 pages of extra concept art in the back.
For those who are playing and want to avoid spoilers, I don't look at any of the walkthrough sections (not wanting to spoil it for myself either, and though the final section warns of spoilers, I don't think there are actually any major ones, and I literally consider everything a spoiler so if I say it's fine, it's fine. That being said, if you are playing, please, please respect other players and not post any spoilers down below. Thank you!!!!
