I have ADHD and the thing I noticed is that I never make eye contact when I talk or listen to somebody . I get easily distracted of looking at their face when I’m suppose to listen. Sorta like in emperors new groove when kuzco stares at yzmas face. I might have got some questions wrong cause I kept looking at your nose. This video will help me with my social skills. Okay so first I have to shave, always gotta use the trimmer but sometimes also the clippers. Then I've gotta fold the towel and put it on the toilet seat lid. After that I start the water, get it warm-ish but not hot, and get in. I wash my torso and arms first. Then I shampoo hair, then wash my face. Then one more time over the limbs, but all the way to the floor this time, and back up again to get the nooks and crannies. Stick loofah for the back side, and then I turn the water cold to remind my pores that I'm in charge here. All done!
