It’s really nice to get a slow, gentle channel in a day where most ASMR seems to be annoyingly fast or frantic on purpose

I haven't had actual asmr tingles since I was a kid, but your voice is probably the closest I'll ever get to being relaxed enough to have them.

Regarding sleepwalking, I bought a watch about 18 months ago to help me track my biometrics when swimming. Heartrate, oxygen levels, that sort of thing. Plus it has a gps so I could stop counting laps and let it do it for me. It also tracks other things like respiration rate and sleep cycles, stress levels etc. There's an optional app you can download for keeping track of workouts and sharing them with other people. I downloaded it to see what it looked like and to my surprise it immediately populated a list of my "night runs". 1, 2 or even 3 miles at a time, sometimes more. Always very specific distances. Not every night, but probably 2 or 3 times a week going back months to when I first bought the watch. At first I thought that they were my evening gym workouts which it designated as runs by default, but it included the times of the 'runs', and they were times I was asleep. I uninstalled the app and have tried not to think about it since. I don't think I sleepwalk. If I do I'm very very sneaky about it. Nobody has ever caught me. Which would be...so much worse.
