Back scratching was one of my first ever ASMR experiences, before I ever knew it was a thing. Back in elementary school, my classmates and I would scratch each other backs whenever we had story time. The teacher's voice, combined with page turning and the back scratching, was absolute bliss!

This video is AMAZING. Technically speaking, it’s one of the best. You struck a much better balance between vocal volume and fabric rubbing volume this time. In the past, the fabric rubbing has sometimes been too loud over your voice. To me, that steals the show because your voice is the best thing ever. I loved how you got the mouth-sounds so nice too. Very very good. I fell asleep so fast.

I know I'm 2 years late, but Emma has my mother's hands. I haven't seen them since 2009 since she passed from cancer, but the second I clicked on this video the memory of her hands came rushing back. So comforting

The best part of back scratching is when they go from ur neck, down to ur shoulders and then down the back, it feels AMAZING! 😍

Who remembers sitting cross legged on the gym floor in kindergarten and having the person sitting behind you “write” on your back?!? 🙋🏻♀️ it is one of my earliest memories of experiencing ASMR. Later it would be every time Whitney Fisher read aloud in lit class. And the way my old boss carefully sorted papers in a very slow deliberate way. Certain voices on answering machines (remember those?) that i would save so I could replay them over and over again, watching a coworker clean my workspace and methodically arrange my office supplies, watching idreamincloth diaper reviews in bed to relax..... then one day my friend ( the coworker who would clean my office space and play with my hair) sent me a video with a message that said, this is YOU.... There are all these videos for people like you. And I’ve been watching ever since! Thank you, Emma! Thank you, ASMR community! You are literally spreading peace around the world. 💕

Wonderful video, Emma. I had a super busy day today and wasn’t able to watch this for several hours, but it was definitely worth it, as this was just what I needed to wind down for the night. All of the soft, rhythmic sounds were absolutely wonderful. Also, thank you for bringing my attention to synesthesia. I had never heard of it before, and ended up Googling it when you mentioned it, so I also learned something new today 😄. Additionally, I hope you had a lovely Mother’s Day. Amazing video as always. Keep up the great work.
