At this point, we need a Menopause Barbie. She comes complete with Retinol cream, a gym membership card and vitamins. Hehe! Bonus items include a Keto Cookbook, and a portable fan for hot flashes. I'm an 80s child too, and have sold many of my collectible Barbies, but still have some in storage. Good memories of a simpler time 💖

Thanks :) I love Barbie, always been a fan of the brand, and I had several dolls. I also liked browsing through collectors' websites to know more about the history of the dolls and it's really interesting to see how they evolved through the years! I haven't seen the new film yet, but maybe I will. I grew up in the 2000s and the old animated films were a beloved part of my childhood. It'd be nice to have an older Barbie!

I loved being a kid and graduating high school in the 80’s. I’m not sure how adults felt but every decade pales in comparison in my opinion. I would hate growing up now with social media - a lot of people on Instagram look so fake that they look like cartoon characters. How can they possibly think people think that’s their real face and body without being filtered and redrawn. I remember my daughter had an app in middle school (can’t remember what it was) but it would enable your friends to locate you on a map. She would get really jealous when she saw people together because she felt left out and not invited - why do people need to know who’s with whom when and where 24/7? Ignorance was bliss - had to call your friends to talk to them and ask them to call you back. Had to wait (patience) - same with writing letters and waiting, checking the mail EVERY day, several times a day.
