Welcome to a whispered and modest beer review of Longboard Island Lager (thanks to the viewer who suggested this) where I also eat some BBQ Beef Jerky and solve a few IQ Fit puzzles, all to help you relax, get some tingles and possibly sleep.

What is ASMR?
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response and is the current (non-scientific) name given to the feeling characterized as a pleasurable tingling sensation felt in the head, scalp, back and other regions of the body in response to visual, auditory, tactile, olfactory, and/or cognitive stimuli, such as crinkling bags, hand movements, whispering and personal attention.
ASMR videos are not only meant to help induce ASMR or "tingles", but also help provide a relaxing, calming and soothing experience for the viewer while helping to relieve their anxiety, stress, insomnia, to help those suffering with PTSD or depression, to serve as a study aid and more.

A tip for getting the perfect foam in a beer that lasts long and doesn't taste metallic: tilt the flask when you pour the beer, when a little is left, stop pouring, put your thumb on top as a "lid" and shake the bottle one or two times forcefully. Take carefully off your thumb, then pour the rest and foam on top. It's gonna last for the whole drinking time! My boyfriend taught me this and he's a professional bartender ☺️

Oh this is great!!!! Thank you ER, this goes directly to my special “relax and sleep” playlist! A couple of years ago, I got hooked on your channel from your tangram videos. I love pretty much all of your videos but being primarily a fan of unintentional ASMR, these videos had something extra... genuine… endearing... watching you struggle and then solve, like any of us would, yet very intentional in your quest for tingles and relaxing sound effects (like the cutting mat, good one by the way!). This IQ puzzle video really hit home for me, so many thanks!

I've always been too nervous to comment buy: I really love your hard c's and k's. Crinkling and whispering are the greatest combo ever (for me) but these beer videos are always great. OMG. I love the colors and the clicky sounds of that IQ Fit game, but I have a learning disability that makes it difficult for me to move back and forth between conceptualizing shapes in 2D and 3D. If there is a hell and I ever end up there, I'm sure it will be an eternity of nothing but this game.

Hey Rift been watching you for a while now and also other channels, your my second favorite. You should consider donating nag a mashup video with some other ASMRists. I suggest Gentle Whispering and Massage ASMR. Both great channels and I think you could make a memorable video to last years to come.
