I’m not sure, I think they exercise and fast but it’s kinda worrying if they do fast because they’re not getting enough nutrients and these foods damage your teeth...

@@monke7010 i think there are ways to overcome that? from a q+a video, they said that they do their mukbangs at 5am so maybe they eat healthy meals the rest of the day i also think that they'd have to take extra good care of their teeth (brushing, flossing, mouthwash, etc.) because of the amount of sugar they're eating, like you said they can cause a lot of decay

You should do a race with the cake that is a light brown colour, I think it’s like caramel flavoured maybe or at least it has caramel on the top of the cake. Anyway you’ve done the cake before but it would be good to see it in a race!
