Dude I love your content, but I've gotta be honest, I much much preferred the other mic. This one makes you sound kinda like every other ASMRtist, the other mic had a certain charm and personality that I associated with you and it was awesome. Even so I can imagine that any new people clicking onto the channel will appreciate the clarity of the new mic and it will most likely help you to grow. Either that or you've just not got it set up for your voice yet (I couldn't tell you, lol!). The ear to ear stuff wasn't very defined, I couldn't really distinguish between ears when you were talking so that may need some fiddling with. However you decide to proceed I'll be sticking around and will continue watching your content, as I love the videos you make and your sort of dry personality that shines throughout your content (in a good way, I love it). Please accept this criticism in good faith, as I mean no discouragement by it, I can almost guarantee 90% of people will disagree with me, just thought I'd add my 2 cent (I'm English too so I suppose 2 pence, but that's just not got the same ring to it) because I love your content so much. I think this mic has a lot of benefits as you said it picks up very subtle sounds which is great you should definitely use it more often :)

Thinking you should pursue the beard bit. This was a good start and on another note, while you already look really good a beard would look good on you as well. (When the time comes for the full beard of course.) A bit of foreshadowing, I feel ya on not being able to grow anything more than a few patches here and there. I also used to shave whenever I saw even a bit of hair growing and then got tired of it so I did it less often. This seemed to do the trick for me or it could have been something else because I just recently seem to be over it and able to grow a less unappealing face of hair. Anyway sorry for the essay so to speak, overall I think you're pretty great and wanted to say something for once. It'll happen! Thank you for what you do. =D

I have a good comparison for both mics , the yeti could be related to the newer style of the arctic monkeys music and the old one is more nostalgic and has a more grounded feel however if used correctly could be perfect for each use I would suggest a mixture such as a different mic for the content that's it's being used for for example tapping the yeti is better evermore the crisp ontological dialect that the other mic portrays to the viewer could be used in role plays to create that nostalgic feel your videos continue to contain. (I'm not posh I was born in Barnsley ,I realised how over the top the description was).

Sound quality is great with this mic, but it's not binaural from what I'm hearing. Still a great vid as always though!

it's mono sound. wheather you've plugged it not correctly or it is single channel. but frequencies are super, maybe one more requires for stereo

I honestly think the 'beard' is charming, am I the only one?

The problem I have with whisperers in ASMR is that I can't hear them combined with White Noise sounds. I always use something like "cicadas sounds" or "fan noise sounds" as a base and ASMR on top of it. Whispers can't be heard. Low-volume voice is the best!

I have the Blue Snowball Mic; I don't use it for ASMR though, I just use it to talk to my friends whilst gaming on my PC!
