Hi friends :) If I were to conceptualize my ideal ASMR video to watch, this might be it! I find the click sound of a light turning on and off in ASMR videos is so relaxing and I hope you do to! However, if you aren't a fan of the clicks, maybe skip this one :) This video includes lots of light triggers, personal attention, eye tests and visual triggers. I hope you enjoy! 🤍

What is ASMR?
“Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response”
The relaxing static-like ‘brain tingles’ experienced by some people at the back of the head or down the spine in response to specific visual or audio triggers. ASMR content is commonly used to help with stress relief, relaxation, anxiety, and sleep.

I feel like other ASMR videos are just filler now until you put out a new one. I randomly view other videos to pass the time but don't always finish them. Excellent video as always. Very grateful for these, they’ve helped my sleep improve so much. I like the clunky clicks of the flashlights and it reminded me of a very niche trigger I really like which is a soft beep like a thermometer. I feel like you may have used one in a video before? I’d love a longer video with those clicks and beeps!

My second favorite thing with your ASMR videos is trying to guess what you're going to say in repetitive triggers. My usual guesses are "Good", "Great", "Perfect", and "Mhmm". I'm not very good at this game. By the way, my favorite one is falling asleep!!
