There was an asmrist I would follow back in the day that had a tongue ring in and the inside part of her bottom front teeth became damaged from the metal rubbing against them. Sounds like you know the possible downsides to it tho so just be cautious 🤘🏼

You'll damage your enamel and worst case, are going to need to get your lower teeth worked on. Should never ever put anything against your teeth that are harder than they are 😢
