I have M.E and chronic pain conditions so sleepless nights and insomina are a common occurance for me, but since finding your TikTok and KZfaq content I'm able to get a few hours rest between pain flares, and you get brownie points because I can watch your content in a pain flare and it helps me get through. This is hitting the spot so well! The soft whispers and sounds of the brush are good and tingly, and your slow pacing is brilliant for relaxing head to toe. 🙏 Plus I love the softer orange light! Much easier on the eyes than other colours, and great for sleep. A bit early here in the US, but am disciplining myself to stop previewing after nodding off & shall resume at bedtime. I struggle with nightmares steering from not feint feeling safe or secure. These help. The house is empty, and it's so hard to fall asleep when I know I'm alone. This is helping.
