I have been wanting to make these for ages and I'm so glad I finally did. They made for a yummy distraction amongst all the anxiety I've been feeling lately.
To make these toasties you will need bread, cookie dough and chocolate spread. Here's what I used:
⚫Bread: plain white bread (toasted)
⚫Cookie dough: www.emilieeats.com/funfetti-vegan-cookie-dough/
⚫Hazelnut chocolate spread: www.woolworths.com.au/shop/productdetails/689559/nuttvia-hazelnut-spread
Once your bread is toasted, just layer it with cookie dough and chocolate spread. As much or as little as you want :)
Please note: the cookie dough recipe I used is egg free and the flour was heat treated to reduce bacterial risk. I also used chopped dark chocolate chunks instead of funfetti sprinkles.
