I was struck by your words when you touched on thinking vs feeling; I find I try too often to focus on the reason why I'm feeling something rather than acknowledge what I'm feeling and how and where. My thoughts start to swirl until they spiral, grabbing on to every thing that's wrong or could be wrong, even if they don't make sense. It... shifted something... in my head... but I'm not too sure how to explain it. I felt like I could process better. Much calmer now. Thank you for the respite. ❤
