Hi Nicky hope you are ok & well. Thank you very much for your video's. We all appreciate your time when doing them they are sooo relaxing. About your nails.. I found this info online. I hope it gives you a little insight. A deficiency in B-complex vitamins, especially biotin, will produce ridges along the nail bed. 'A diet lacking in calcium contributes to dry, brittle nails. - A lack of folic acid and vitamin C can lead to hangnails. - Insufficient dietary essential oils, like omega-3, cause cracking.' I sure hope that you find out the problem. Love & hugs xx

Ahhh thank you so much!! They look so good on you 🫶🫶🫶 I have seen ads for the Van Gogh experience so I’ll have to check it out! Also I would recommend taking biotin supplements for your nails! Just be careful if you have to get any bloodwork because you have to stop taking them within a certain time so they won’t affect the results.
