It’s not often I’m standing up for a whole video so this is something different for me.
We also have a new light trigger addition at the beginning of this some spoken ASMR roleplay.

These dark room exams are some of my favorites. The light triggers are fantastic in these environments, as one would expect. But I have found that the darkness seems to have a wonderful effect on every aspect of your presentation. Your voice gets softer, your pacing slows down, and the entire ambiance of the video becomes more quiet and peaceful overall. It’s as if the darkness affects every aspect of the video, making all of the visual and auditory triggers even more beautifully hushed and sublime. Thank you so much Steven for yet another example of your extraordinary gifts, and your profound understanding of what makes for phenomenal ASMR. ❤

@@SRPASMR it really was, after seeing yours I went and got one myself. Couldn't resist. I also got a big one that's the size of a maglight and puts out about as much light as a camp lantern. Too fun not to use it while walking dog at night.

As soon as I saw the pencil behind your ear, I knew we were in for some great scratchy sounds! Love the clicky lights and the subtle jacket rustling. Sorry about the conjuctival staining - I’ll try to be less sloppy with my lunch in future. 😂

2:55 I know anticipatory tiggers are a well established thing, but there’s something very unique about this form of it. Being able to see the lighting and shadows shift and change, the light on his face as it moves in closer, and waiting for it to come into frame. The second time after this timestamp seems to take a little longer to get into frame, and that specifically was pretty effective. Oh, and, yes the Minecraft torch is great. The dimly lit purple/pink and yellow/orange lighting is really nice to look at.

Easily going onto my ASMR Favorites playlist. Can tell this is going to be a huge go-to in the future. Love these darkroom exams and anything with lights combined with soft-spoken directions always initiates those peaceful tingles. Irl I can't stand bright lights. Its hard for me to see and it makes my eyes water really bad. Not sure if its the astigmatism or im just weird (or a vampire lol) but my favorite trigger in ASMR is lights!! I love following the light or whatever else we're told to do by the asmrtist.
