I love these dark ones. They really block the rest of the world out of our minds and make us feel safe and snuggly. My nervous system is doing the funky chicken again so I've been trapped in fight or flight mode for many months at a time, 24/7. This helps a lot.. ASMR artists really are healers. Thank you all for providing this important service. Yours never disappoint

I usually just listen while I'm falling asleep, or have it playing in the background while I do dishes or get ready for something. Only when the words indicate there's something special to see do I go to look at that section.

Would love a new dark room video entirely dedicated to just "follow the light" with different lights and instructions and findings. I also love when you give visual direction requests ("look left, look right"). Even more videos that are just like this one would be amazing. This video is seriously one of your best yet, the blue lights are so comfortable and soothing combined with your reassuring voice. The up close personal attention is astoundingly awesome here. 💪

I've never asked or looked into it, but whenever I'm doing the red or green tests the green is always clearer for me (and that's not just in asmr, but also at the optician haha). It's fascinating to think that it's not like that for everyone and that we perceive things so differently. Maybe that has some influence on why green is my favorite color? 🤔 either way, wonderful video as always Mr srp!
