How often do you plan these mukbangs? I'm curious of how people who film these regulate the consumption with their normal eating routine for health maintenance.

i'm currently recording 3 days out of the week. usually what i eat in the video is the only thing i eat that day unless i get hungry later in the day (usually right before bed). i'll just have like a can of tuna or grilled chicken 👍🏻

@@VNMASMR Sounds like a great balance that works for you! (: I really like your crunchy ice cream videos and the Giant Soft Cookie videos are growing on me although I normally don't like the "mushy" sound. You do it very well!
