What is ASMR?
Autonomous sensory meridian response, sometimes auto sensory meridian response, is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. A pleasant form of paresthesia, it has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia and may overlap with frisson.

Lisa Williams the ability to feel and experience someone’s emotions is truly a gift, but not a very pleasant one. Being able to help people or understand is a privilege but feeling it all the time is truly a nightmare and very draining.

@@2pebles Sounds like empath fatigue.. i feel this sometimes, to the point where I almost pass out if talking to draining people.. i have to spend a lot of time alone to recuperate. I don't have actual psychic abilities, this does sound awful. how you you cope?

Well u Amy not be psychic but you can have empath abilities. I’m sorry to hear about your fatigue. I myself experience this everyday. I don’t believe in a lot, but to “deal” with the feelings I was recently told by a master empath to try to get crystals. Especially blue lapis and amethysts. Not sure if placebo effect or if they r really bonding with me but I do feel calmer. Helps with the pysichal mirror pain as well. Hanging in nature has been extremely helpful as well.

Stay strong. My mom had to go through something similar and she had to struggle to keep it together after my dad left her with 3 kids. Now I'm extremely grateful that she was strong enough to carry on with our lives and now she's happy with a new couple 15 years later. I also experienced a devastating break-up so I know how that feeling of having your life torn apart feels, but because of that and because of my mom's experience I know that time heals everything eventually, one day at a time. One day at a time.

Bad englisch below: 0 A friend of mine, was in the Hospital after a bad accident in the sport group. The Doc saw the XRay and said: I'm so sorry but maybe we found a cancer cell in your head. After a lot of appointments by other Doctors without found something the First Doctor said, the XRay was fine, the cancer cell was her Hairgum what shes has forgotten to take of before they take the XRay.... "🤦‍♀️
