This is the first of your roleplays that I have seen and I have to say that I will definitely be watching more! It was exceptional! A few points of feedback below for if you are interested: 1. The dominant side was really good in that it sort of shook me out of my anxiety spiraling and made me pay attention and actually start calming down. I imagine this worked happened for a lot of people so props on a really great character idea! 2. In regards to the firmness you had to use to get this patient to co-operate at first, something very small that I noticed was that they likely would be a bit more resistant to a blood draw so would need a bit more coaxing before they gave you their arm. Not a big thing but just something I noticed that would add to the already spectacular realism. 3. The pauses between doing something and waiting for a response were perfect! So often in a roleplay I feel like I haven't had a chance to answer before they are already moving on so this really helped the immersiveness of the experience. 4. At the end when you were giving recommendations, I would suggest that due to the fact that many of the people who watch ASMR, struggle significantly with anxiety, perhaps start off with easier goals e.g. 10 mins of exercise and 5 mins of meditation, that way they are more inclined to try it themselves. This may even start a habit that would eventually grow to the ideal 30 mins of exercise you suggested but even if it doesn't, it might be a little less intimidating to someone who is starting at zero. Just a thought :) 5. Lastly, I like how you were only firm/dominant in the parts where you "had" to be and were never mean, easily floating back to calm and friendly whenever the patient was cooperative. This was really unique and something I've not seen in other roleplays. Anyway, enough waffling from me. Thankyou for a great video that snapped me out of my anxious brain, it was honestly, very much appreciated and I look forward to many more of your videos! :)

How have I missed watching this one..!!! Totally engrossed and focused on this video...took my brain totally off what was bothering me and allowed me to relax and sleep!!

I found this video helpful I've got complex post traumatic stress disorder and struggle with dissociation flashbacks anxiety and panic attacks insomnia and chronic neck back and shoulder pain I'm also really isolated as I don't have any adult family or friends and this makes me feel connected even though I struggle with eye contact it does help me to look at someone I feel more in the present moment and not in flashbacks which is where I spend most of my life trying to cope with the images of over 25 years of abuse everyday of my life all made worse with added stress of covid isolation has been the hardest thing I've ever survived but this video does help a bit to make me feel less isolated thanks.

I really liked how this was dominant without being overly suggestive. That word probably makes a lot of people think the role play is sexual which is fine and you’re handsome enough to do it lol but this is so much calmer, it’s nice.
