Remember ~turn off auto play ~set your alarm ~take needed meds ~make sure pets are warm and have been fed ~brush your teeth ~take off makeup ~grab a glass of water or warm milk ~say goodnight to loved ones ~grab your favorite stuffed animal ~write down anything you need for tomorrow ~dim or turn off your lights ~make sure you are warm ~calm your mind ~get into bed ~get rid of distractions turn social media notifications off as it will help stop distractions ~turn your brightness down And enjoy

anyone else get that feeling when an asmrtist scratches one ear, even just for a few seconds, and it feels like your other ear is gone. then when they scratch it a few secs later and it feels super tingly but the other ear disappears? I love that feeling... is it just me?

Just want to say how much I appreciate these whisper videos with little talk. I know how straining it is on the vocal cords to do this for extended periods of time like you do. Anyway, I find these videos very soothing at night when I'm going to sleep or even during the day when I'm working and need to focus. Take care and thanks again for your content.
