It’s not that bad really, depending on your own choices. I wish I had started taking better care of myself way sooner, surround yourself with people who truly care about you and listen to your body. That’s the best advice I think. Also, most of us adults don’t really know what we’re doing and we just figure it out together most of the time 😁 I was 16 two weeks ago but now I’m suddenly 23, turning 24 in April…I can tell you in hindsight tho that I’m definitely in a better place now than back then. You get to know yourself better with age too. Don’t worry, it won’t happen overnight ❤️

Every year I struggle with my lips and nothing helps. I recently discovered the paw paw balm (it’s a multi purpose balm, I use it for my lips, brows and the tinted one also as a blush) the paw paw balm is the only thing that helps for my draw, chapped lips..

when I was a teen in the 80s. my friends and I always said covergirl was for foundation and other products for the face and Maybelline was for eye makeup. plus I had sample of Burberry her and it does smell so good. I tried getting from my scentbird subscription but they didn't have it. but microperfumes has it. I'm getting it. I can't pay for full bottles.

I also used to straighten my hair everyday, even tho I have straight hair. 😓 I used heat protectant like occasionally only too. Now I can’t even remember the last time I straightened it, or heat styled at all. My hair is sooo fragile.

For Burberry Her, its smells fruity but it can definitely get boring. Have you tried Marc Jacobs Perfect or Armani Beauty’s My Way? Zara also carries reasonably priced and nice smelling perfumes.

I love the milky white nails. I have been using gel polish that you need the light to harden the polish, and made that color.... but for the life of me, the gel comes right off, peels off in 1 piece. I've made the layers very thin, I've used primer and dehydrater, I've filed my nails to have texture for the polish. but nothing keeps that gel on my nails.

Hey love there's actually a few reasons this might be happening. The primer layer isn't thin enough, isn't sticky enough- your nails might not be dry enough, even with the dehydrator selected- the products might not be the best (this is not an attack I promise, sometimes Amazon products are compromised) and also the lamp might not be curing properly. Try sitting then under for longer. Sometimes nails are just too oily naturally or too thin/eggshell nails and that can cause adhesion issues as well which means gel will never work. In that case, you'd need acrylics and then polish. Lmk your thoughts!

When I use press on nails I use the sticky tab and then put nail glue on the tab and the nails last for a month

German rentals don’t have kitchens? What if you move out? Does the new tenant keep your kitchen? I find things in other counties so fascinating. I can’t imagine having to add a kitchen to someone else’s house.

Essie is a good brand that's not a lot at all. Have you heard of OPI nail polish? they have amazing colors too but they can range from $10-25 each

The prices of most things are way cheaper in Germany than other countries so that price for nail polish is quite "expensive". I live in Belgium (literally next to Germany) and the Essie nail polish costs €10-€20 here.

I’m so confused about the kitchen situation. In Germany do you have to renovate every kitchen you move into? Does the landlord not handle the renovation and design choices?? Someone please explain to me

She said before that they take the kitchens with them when they move and that when you move into a new place it doesn’t have appliances, cabinets, or light fixtures. I guess thats the standard there

This is really funny cause I moved to a new flat couple of weeks ago and during the first 3 weeks I washed all my dishes in my bath tub😆 Thank god my sink cabinet was delivered two weeks ago. I had to put it together on my own and spent 110€ for it just being delivered. Totally crazy. Don't even wanna know how much money it would have cost me if I had had delivered the whole kitchen.

if you live in germany as well look into vodafone's gigacube! it's made for places where the internet sucks haha. I have the unlimited data cube and i just put it where i have good signal and it gives me WLAN and Lan everywhere.
