yes i know my hair looks like S H I T but i couldnt wash it recently so i used tons of dry shampoo and it was in different ponytails so...this is the result :D bare with me 🤍🤍🤍

Catmoon, I only recently discovered your channel and my heart goes out to you for the issues you are facing! I am tremendously grateful as a long-time sufferer of tinnitus who uses ASMR to combat the constant hiss in my head, that you continue to do your channel! Forgive me if it has ever been discussed before, but have you explored if diet is playing into your pain and inflammation? I know from experience that going gluten free and grain free (the paleo diet) can really help with many issues of inflammation and nerve pain.

Firstly, thank you for making this video for us even if you are not feeling well; your content is some of my favorite that I listen to while I'm studying! Secondly, I have absolutely no authority in making any kind of diagnosis, but I am currently in university getting my degree in medical lab science and your symptoms (fatigue, finger inflammation, migraines) sound fitting into what could possibly be lupus. Again, I have no authority and am not even graduated but if no conclusive answers are found from your tests, perhaps ruling out lupus could be a start. Praying for your wellness! x

For the finger if it's most likely due to the mouse etc I'd be inclined to try changing to a touch pad and maybe try taking fish oil capsules - they come as a 1g golden capsule. Try one a day for a couple of weeks. You should see improvement after 2-3 days...
