Cheese sauce might have congealed because you had the heat too high. Try adding some cold milk. An acid like lemon juice would also help. 😁

Bar Burrito seems to roll their burritos way better than Chipotle does. Also they clearly sear it, unlike Chipotle. Otherwise there doesn't seem to be much of a difference.
