Honestly I just had all the ingredients in front of me, layered them as best as I could and hoped for the best. In real life, I thought it didn't look so great/how I wanted it to turn out, but then when I saw it on camera I knew that it was just in my head.

Oh no! One of my other viewers from France said the same, that it was harder to find vegan products there. Coconut yogurt is much easier to get now in Australia but it is so expensive so I don't have it all that much. :(

The solution : I have to move to Australia haha, not only for the coconut yogurt but also for the weather, I am freeeeezing here... Hum, I don't understand why prices are so high, fresh / organic / vegan food is expensive in France too. I hope that one day eating healthy won't be an exception and that everyone will be able to have a sain way of life :)

Yay! Come to Australia and I will show you around. Although it is starting to get cold here now too. 💕 I know, right? Healthy eating should be affordable and accessible to everyone. My hope is that as veganism grows and becomes more mainstream the prices will become more reasonable.

They are just fresh raspberries that I mashed with some maple syrup. But you should be able to get raspberry jam at the supermarket 💕💕💕

The amount I ate, yes. I put it in a huge jar just for presentation purposes. If you ate a smaller amount it wouldn't be as high in calories, but I still wouldn't call it a low calorie food. Yogurt and granola/muesli tend to be high cal foods.
