Oh btw if you were wondering, ASMR (or асмр in Russian :P) is a tingly feeling people get from sounds and visual stimuli (for example whispering, tapping or hand movements), these tingles are very relaxing :) however, even for those who don't experience ASMR the videos often still help them sleep and battle insomnia

This is my favorite background. Just looks so cozy and welcoming. And the best part is that its dim which makes for a great ASMR video. But the best part of this video is the whispering.

I started watching asmr for fun and after a while I couldn't sleep without it and I think from watching so much no video was helping me sleep, and then I found this channel and I'm surprised with how good it is. thanks for bringing my triggers back,obviously.❤

decided to watch this on my laptop tonight rather than my phone, and i'm not sure if it was the bigger screen or specifically what you did in this video that relaxed me so much. i really loved the breathing in the beginning and end, controlled breaths always help to relax and ground me. 16:04 - 17:54 was unexpectedly really comforting and tingly. i don't go out of my way to search for positive affirmations asmr, but the incorporation of it here felt natural, plus the slow, repetitive hand movements were so tingly! i adore you background, and the less visually edited videos make for such a cozy and comfy space. cheers for the content lately! hope you're well :)

i genuinely enjoy preview because of the low saturation level. like it's not completely b/w but isn't as bright as the video itself, which makes watching it so much comfortable :))
