Many of you asked to upload a full video with this guy after you saw him in the last cracking compilation video. So, here it is. The session included a back massage, chiropractic adjustments and bamboo cupping. During the video Tamerlan is describing his actions and is sharing some information with us.

Inversion tables are great. I don't have space for one so I just hang off my chin-up bar, but it doesn't work as good as an inversion table since I'm tall and my knees almost touch the ground.
