Actually a lot of hair dressers recommend washing your hair less unless you need too cause you’ve been working out or sweating a lot but over washing your hair can actually cause more damage and dry it out. A friend of mine quit washing her hair and would wash every 2 months and her hair looked nice and she lost the very oily look and her hair grew so it depends on the person

How did you get the hair not touching the tripod? Literally, I have no idea how people film these! I tried ages ago and the hair kept hitting the mic tripod making all kinds of harsh sounds -.- very good video though!! I have been relying on over the counter meds for a very long time to make me sleep. No joke, while I was watching one of her hair videos, it was the first time in months or maybe even longer that I fell asleep on my own without medications and it didn’t even take hours either, only about 10 minutes and I was past out. Since then, I watch them every night to help me sleep, sometimes it doesn’t make me fall asleep, but it really does help calm my mind.

I have a horrible headache and I watched another one of your rps and it helped then when it was over it went right back and it is getting better now, also the tingling is sooooo Nice with a headache!👌🏻🤯🥴
