In today's #ASMR video, you are taken through a series of eyes closed instructions that can help you fall asleep quicker. This session will include tasks that require you to focus to help distract your mind. Tasks include word association, counting sounds, answering questions and more. This session also has an overlayed rain ambience track to help fill any empty spaces. Timestamps will be listed below for the versions with and without the background rain ambience. Your videos are genuinely very good to fall asleep to. There are a lot of rogue ASMRtists out there who start aggressively tapping or scratching part way through the video, and it wakes me up.

If nobody has told you this already, THANK YOU SO MUCH for the reminder on every video to take our medication. As someone who has to take meds every 12 hours for the rest of my life, taking meds can be a real chore sometimes. I'm glad you realize that. Keep up all the good work!

I've been sleeping to your videos almost every night for 2 years already, and it still amazes me how I don't get tired of them (i watch the same videos over and over again). They still give me tingles and make me sleepy in less than 10 minutes, idk, I think you're an asmr genius or something like that. Your videos have helped me with my insomnia, anxiety and depression, so I'm here once again to thank you for all your hard work, I hope you know it's highly appreciated. I wish I could support you in another way, because you deserve it, but the country I live in doesn't allow me access to those options. a rec for future “guess the trigger” bits: it could be fun to describe the trigger in more detail so we can visualize it more! with the sparkle notebook i could visualize it very well bc im familiar and that made me wonder what color the brush is, etc! i loveee over explaining in asmr personally :)
