Dont substitute ordinary joys of life with asmr, prevent dependence. It's dangerous. Be mentally healthy.

@@SensorybySophie you should absolutely do it. It's a good way to answer some deep questions. Gives you a better understanding about your self. Some even give health information. Like for me I have a mutated gene that makes me more prone to certain health issues so it makes me more aware of things i need to back off. Plus theres things I handle differently then most people and think differently then most due to the gene mutation. What do you feel you have in you. For instance I know I'm half French and the other half is English, Scottish and Irish. I feel there's something European about you like Icelandic or something

I think I have French in me, and there must be something Scandinavian in me too, since I’m so pale. Maybe something East-European too because of my face structure? I’m just guessing of course, but it does make me curious! 😁

@@SensorybySophie oh. Cool . What kind if french? For me its Canadian french from Quebec. Yeah the paleness is probably a strong indication of Scandinavia . Also yeah your face structure. There's something about it I dont see often and I typically see it on women who have something in them from a far off land. Well far off from where I live lol. Look at people from like like Finland and such. They have a certain facial structure.
