I couldn't do half the dietary suggestions due to the "stomach issues" (gotta love IBS and that fructose is a BIG trigger for mine), the caffeine I do drink actually helps with my anxiety (a person that moderate amounts is a beneficial), and I have an intolerance to honey, especially the raw stuff. 😅 And she said cake with high processed sugars. 😉There's quite a bit that uses maple syrup, molasses, etc. that's delicious. (Yes I looked due to the carb addiction 🤣) They can also substitute extra fats with stuff like banana or apple sauce. There are loopholes. 😁

I think it's important to remember that we all experience ASMR differently - that's why sometime Sophie makes "no talking" videos, and sometimes talking ones. Speaking for myself, I got tingles the moment she started to speak, and they didn't stop until the end of the video! We're all different, and that's a good thing
