Grace your amazing I am 13 years old I was just about to take my own life. I was very hyper and couldn’t calm myself down during my panic attack. Your really amazing I clicked on your video and it calmed me down and made me think about what I was about to do your amazing and such an inspiration. I have been struggling with a eating disorder and anxiety and depression and you help me a lot your truly an amazing person keep doing what you do you just saved my life your such a good influence.
