Hello, this is este ASMR 😪
Today I'm going to show you by far the best healing therapy of my life. (I finally met him after 3 years as a massage review KZfaqr)
I am currently in Bali and it would not be an exaggeration to say that I actually came to visit this water therapy called ‘Watsu Therapy’.
I've heard a lot that this therapy is the best for relaxation, sleep, and stress relief.
I tried it a few times in Korea, but it didn't work out, and I ended up coming here to Bali.
Fortunately, I met a really good teacher, and I was filled with deep emotions that I had never experienced before.
In the end, I ended up crying like a child.
Is this catharsis?...
I feel like I'm back in my mother's womb...
I really want to convey this to you all, so I’m uploading it in a hurry.
Because it is outdoors, the sound is very weak, everyone.
Still, I have no doubt that I will be able to provide you with healing energy,
Once again, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to you all for joining me on my journey.
If you go to Bali and want a special experience, I would definitely recommend this therapy!
So, have a nice night with me today.
Happy Lunar New Year!

"What kind of life have I lived that makes me cry like this?" - I think we don't, as adults, expect to be cared for in this way. Even if we do "self care" - it's facials, and massages, and often there are secondary benefits ("this will make my skin better", "this will make me thinner") that serve external goals and societal expectations. There is nothing in this therapy like that- it's all about making you feel cared for. It seems incredibly powerful, and like it would cause you to feel both vulnerable and loved at the same time. So I understand the reaction of tears.

Thank you so much for watching this video and giving us your valuable opinion. This Wachu therapy did not give me any functional improvement. I was moved by the fact that Therapisk completely focused on me and helped me blend into the natural flow of water. In that process, I think I encountered emotions that were difficult to express in words. It was an amazing experience for me to look at my emotions so completely.🙏😌

This is so beautiful, Este. I cried. The therapist became the embodiment of the idea of mother. She held you, protected you, helped you navigate scary moments. There was so much trust and honestly love there. In that hour she really loved you. How amazing for both of you to be able to trust like that. And the way that even when it was over, she just held you while you cried. It was such a beautiful, loving, dance. It looked like being born, and loved, and dying, and being born again. Over and over.

Even when we become adults, it seems like a child still exists within us. I think that's really true. At many moments, we seem to ignore the existence of the little child within us. I think if we want to be happy, we need to reach out and comfort that little child inside.😌

I thought I wouldn’t cry because I read the other comments before starting the video, and I thought I was prepared. But even with that, seeing Este cry made my eyes water too. I think, I truly felt pulled by the therapist. During the entire video, you can see how focused she is on Este, always watching her face and checking her breathing to make sure she is comfortable. This is a beautiful form of therapy and once again, Thank you so much for sharing such wonderful experiences with us! P.S: Este, I don’t know if you’re ever going to read this but you truly seem like a gentle and kind soul. Sometimes when you talk in the subtitles, we can see that your life and your childhood hasn’t always been easy, and yet, you seem like such a good person now. I hope you can forgive yourself for whatever is shaming you. Because no matter who you were then, you are better now, and I hope the people in your life can see that. Please, be kind to yourself from now on 💛

I could have written this comment myself. I truly need this. I can’t speak to my family, friends or a therapist, I am disabled and barely leave my house. I am in constant chronic pain and my partner doesn’t help or understand, invalidates my trauma, never apologises. I am carrying so much pain from past domestic violence, sexual abuse, abandonment, homelessness and physical illness. I never receive any therapy. Physical therapists do nothing exactly talk. They won’t do anything hands on with me at all. Just one minute of massage and someone to really listen and feel my pain would be amazing

I cried for the second half of the video. a year ago, I became a mom, and when I put my daughter down or calm her down, I gently slap her on the back or ass with my palm. I recently had a difficult period, I was very tired and just lay crying while I put her to bed, and she began to clap on me the same way. It is so necessary for us adults to sometimes feel like a defenseless child, this is just a wonderful healing✨

Thank you, SO much, for your generosity in sharing this experience. I have had a horrible migraine and been working to finish my shift, and I put this on my personal pc to play between my monitors. Watching this actually loosened muscles in my neck and back, and made me feel connected to my late parents' love for me. You could have kept this experience private, but instead you shared it with others. This also reminded me of the good we humans can do for each other.

This was so beautiful and had me tearing up a little. I always had a sense of comfort being in water. Like swimming in a pool, in a spa bath, or even my bathtub at home. and I agree with the instructor when she said it gives you a feeling with being with your mom. My mom passed away last year near Mothers Day and ever sense I've been yearning for the feeling her hugs gave me.

I think it makes total sense to feel sad during this. Even if you have lived a wonderful life, the human condition is HARD. It's hard growing up, becoming an adult, having responsibility, watching your loved ones age and die and knowing you will die too some day. I think we all have an innate desire to live in a perpetually peaceful, joyful world and the world ISN'T that way and it's sad. It's sad and hard just existing as a human being. Being in the water this way connects us back to ourselves deep in our soul and down to the core of what makes us human.
